Product Description: IOTA 2359 is a high-temperature crosslinking organic silicone additive, mainly used in amino varnishes and baked-type PU topcoats, providing permanent anti-sticking and anti-tape properties.

Recommended dosage (per total recipe quantity): Baked type PU gloss varnish 0.3 - 3.0% Note: Due to the various resin systems applicable and the different required functions, the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Usage Restrictions: This product has not been tested or claimed to be suitable for consumption, medical use or medicinal purposes.
Usage method: It can be added either during or after the manufacturing process of coatings and paints. It is recommended to dilute it with an appropriate solvent by a factor of 3 to 5 before adding, and then perform high-speed dispersion to achieve the best dispersion and compatibility of the system.
Storage and Expiry Date When stored unopened at room temperature, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production. Finished product packaging: 25KG iron drums, 200KG iron drums
